Local Author - Abigail Manning

Abigail Manning is a wife, nanny, and author of YA romance. She resides with her husband, Marcus, in the beautiful state of Tennessee. In school, she studied both Early Childhood Development and Theatre Arts, both of which aided in the development of her Emerald Realm series, based off of retold fairy tales. Abigail has always adored working with young children and drawing inspiration from their creativity. Her stories are geared towards young adults, but inspired off of children's tales. She greatly enjoys the challenge of reinventing stories that most readers grew up with. She has only recently begun her career in writing, but already has growing ambitions revolving around her blossoming stories.

Liz Dombrosky

Liz Dombrosky is a stay-at-home mom and serves as an administrator for her church. She graduated from Ball State University in the Honors College with a degree in teaching. Her career as a novelist began with Murder on the Bucket List and now includes Murder under the Covered Bridge, Murder at the Male Revue, Murder in the Tattoo Parlor and numerous short stories. She and her dad are at work on the fifth novel in the Bucket List mystery series.

Tony Perona

In addition to being co-author of the Bucket List mystery series, Tony writes the Nick Bertetto mystery series, authored the standalone thriller The Final Mayan Prophecy with Paul Skorich, and was co-editor and contributor to the anthologies Racing Can Be Murder, Hoosier Hoops & Hijinks, and Trick or Treats: Tales of All Hallows’ Eve. Tony is a longtime member of the Indiana Writers Workshop for whom he credits a great deal of his success. In addition, he is a member of Mystery Writers of America and has served the organization as a member of the Board of Directors and as Treasurer. He is also a member of Sisters-in-Crime and its local Speed City Indiana chapter. Tony retired from his day job as the Deputy Town Manager for the Town of Plainfield, Indiana in 2018.

Local Author - Ross Carley

Ross Carley has served as a military intelligence officer, an engineering professor, and the CTO of a defense contractor. He is the author or co-author of four books in the computational intelligence area (published under his “real” name). His novels feature Wolf Ruger, an Iraq vet with PTSD, who is a private investigator specializing in cybercrime. Wolf solves murders and cybercrimes, undeterred by beautiful women and organized crime. Dead Drive (2016) is a private investigator murder mystery set in Indy’s electronics industry and featuring US mobs and foreign espionage. Formula Murder (2017) is set in the fast-paced racing industry (more mobs, and shades of Iraq). Cyberkill, (2018) is a cyberthriller featuring casino hacking in Las Vegas, a cybercrime network in Chicago, and high-stakes cybermurder in Indianapolis. Ross enjoys working with his publication team, including his editors/advisors LeeAnna Groves and Michele Drier, cover designer Karen Phillips, and Shari Stauch, whose expertise in social media marketing included a new website design. His technical advisors try to keep his plots plausible: Steve Lodin in the world of hacking, malware attacks, and social engineering; Chris Collins, who has intimate knowledge of how three-letter agencies deal with cybercrime, malware, and each other; and, Doyle Groves, who organized the monthly Breakfast Cyber-Cabal where Steve, Chris, he and Ross meet to eat and confabulate. Ross belongs to the Indianapolis Chapter of Sisters in Crime. He and his wife Francie split their time between Indianapolis, IN, and Fort Walton Beach, FL. He enjoys the beach, and believes that the white sands in Fort Walton Beach are unrivaled for beauty.
